Clouds, Keithhall, Aberdeenshire

Another day of meetings in various parts of the Shire.

Driving back into Inverurie at around 5:15pm for the final meeting of the day, I suddenly became aware of the shapes and patterns of the clouds all around.

Arriving in Keithhall village, I turned off the B993 at the village hall and parked the car so that I could make some record of these amazing cloudscapes.

This is the view to the south, over Thainstone and the old Inverurie Paper Mill.

All this was accompanied by the call of the curlew from the fields around the village where I was standing.
