Now THAT'S a cheeseboard...

Top night tonight. To celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary (yes yes, I know I don't look old enough...) Lorna took me out the Prestonfield House Hotel.

Very good service, great food and wine and to cap it all, a good cheese board.

Cheese boards are a "thing" with me. I expect them to obey the formula;

crackers => cheese

Don't give me 4 cheeses and 3 bits of toast, or God help you.
But as you can see, 8 (count them, 8!) slices of cheese and 8 bits of small posh toast. Result :-)
