Cracked Radius... Ouchiee

I did it by - (copied from facebook)
I was waiting on a guy from autoglass he phoned to say he was here, I was just out the shower. So got changed and went to the door, I didn't know I needed to actually go outside, at the time it was raining so I went out but bare foot... When I came back in I put my foot on the "non slip" mat my heel slipped on the laminated floor which is on top of concrete, I did a full spin and landed on my elbow... Clever sara (:
