Hot again today it must be as i have got my summer frock on. Blood taken at the doctors this morning.

We went to the sea front and had dinner then a stroll down the front and sat on the beach for a while it was nice just like the med. Even the seagulls where enjoy the sun but i think it was the people in front were having there dinner and he was waiting for some.
