After yesterday's shoot with Lucy - is this is the best I can do?

Well actually I'm knackered and following a visit to my doctor it's been confirmed I've a bronchial infection! So I with no spleen ( yup - lost it in an accident years ago ) am feeling a bit sorry for myself and on a course of antibiotics to try and blast away the offending infection.
