Spinning Tops...

Have an impending appointment at the velodrome which prompted me to go spinning at lunch time. It was difficult but the rewards are obvious, just not immediate!

I was so preoccupied with my breathing and trying to subdue my perspiration that I missed the chance for a spin blip - so I took this instead. It was far more relaxing and didn't require a shower afterwards.

Full of vigour and enticed by the warm evening I hit the hills for an extra run.

It's going to hurt in the morning I know.

Now to bed
