Head Start

It was a particularly warm day today, inspiring us farmers and gardeners to get a head start and dig in the soil for a while. I transplanted 40 or so Calendula plants into their new home and six Cherokee purple tomatoes into the homemade hothouse my sweetheart built for me a week or so ago. Let's hope it stays warm enough as the rest of the week promises to be a great deal cooler than today.
