Facing the waves

Beautiful weather on the east coast as I spent the day on the beach watching some of my work colleagues as they went through a beginners class for surfing. It looked really good fun but after three hours, they were all very tired.

We then adjourned to the pub to watch the Grand National and needless to say, my horse(s) didn't win.
