Ha ha - this quote by Homer Simpson made me laugh as I remember the mad baking sessions of the past week.

Here is a recently re-discovered recipe book which is viewed in a new light after the Baking Refresher Week.
It made me smile to see it's pristine condition and remember how pleased I was to buy it - so I wonder why it has never seen the light of day!

More cherry cakes after the first batch 'almost' didn't make it.
