Winter's Finally Here

After an unseasonably warm winter thus far we are finally getting a reminder that it is indeed winter. Normally in the middle of January here in Michigan we have snow piled along the driveways. We have none so far. Our reminder comes today in the form of freezing rain. Places much further south, normally warmer have had it worse than this. The forecast is for colder temps with high winds---not good when combined with branches and wires heavy with ice.
