Nanjizal Bay

Feeling weary but it's that warm, fuzzy weariness after a fantastic 12 mile walk along the South West Coast Path, followed by a great pub meal with a good friend, a hot shower and a glass of wine.

My friend assures me that if I keep this up week on week, I'll end up with a bum of steel. We'll see - lazing around on beaches such as this is just too inviting.
