Friend or Foe?

I'm not sure what it is so I dont know if it will do damage to my newly planted plants but it is quite bright and colourful so that has got to be the positive in the find :)
After a wee bit of investigation it appears to be a lily bug and a foe!....Though I dont have any lilies in my garden?
