A Circle Divided by ---

A circle in parts, not unlike how some days feel; a part of this and a part of that. At the end of the day, do I feel whole?

We saw a film called "Of Gods and Men" two nights ago, about a group of Trappist monks who worked in their monastery in Algeria. The war zone there made for a more than sad ending, but the depiction of their day to day lives was nothing but soothing to the soul of anyone who longs for peace and less to do. The story and imagery has been haunting me.
