Running = Relaxing.

Thankfully the boys were up at 5 this morning which enabled me to go for an early morning run around Dinas Head here in Pembrokeshire.

Stunning, early morning sun and millpond sea. Running along to a soundtrack of lambs and seabirds. Close to perfect.

I sat at the trig point on Dinas Head watching a Coastguard cutter slowly motoring out of Fishguard Harbour. Must be a great job on days like this.

Relaxed already. The effect of the sea air?
