Evening sun

Absolutely stunning day today. Lovely and warm.

After church, Gillipaw and CeeJ popped up for lunch so we caught up on family news and their holiday in the lakes.

Popped into town briefly to buy new duvet cover for freshly decorated bedroom, but now realise how limp the pillows are, so will need to buy new pillows now!!

Enjoying a read of my book and a cup of tea in the evening sun - bliss.

Edit ..... started to iron new pillowcase and managed to put rust stain on it when I skooshed. New iron required me thinks. Thankfully started with pillowslip and not the middle of the duvet cover. Will buy iron tomorrow while replacing the limp pillows ...... then might pop into M&S for lunch treat - well, it is still the holidays!
