Summer Berry Roulade

Another beautiful day today :) Round parents for dinner and this time dad was cooking. He out-did himself and made an amazing starter of asparagus with ricotta sauce and then a fantastic spagetti carbonara with garlic bread.

I made this roulade for dessert and am quite pleased with how it turned out. Was a really nice evening :)
