Walk in the Woods

This is Katie. We decided to explore where we live to day. We've lived here for two years and just found out that there is a massive wood at the top of our road. There are lots of little footpaths that crisscross and double back.

We ended up in a lovely part of the wood carpeted in little white flowers and a brick bridge over a babbling brook and best of all a huge Georgian mansion. It was quite magical and we really enjoyed ourselves.

I've spoken to a few neighbours since our return and everyone knows about our magic wood - can't believe we didn't find it sooner.
