Diamonds? Crystals?

No, it's melting snow on the front lawn with the late afternoon sun shining on it. Only with this close-up shot do you see the little pieces of crystal-like ice sparkling in the warm sun. The snow is however, covered with needles from the nearby cedar tree.

Today temps reached 16 C. Of course, that means yard work, digging out the bbq and washing the car. Hopefully we have seen the last of winter and only sun and blue skies ahead.

As I'm posting today's blip, the steak is on the bbq and smells delicious.....I love spring and summer!!!
