So, how fast can a year pass?

Today marks a year since Andy and I first met - he, with a question mark painted dramatically over his face, and I, dressed up as a Flamingo, at the flatwarming/Wild Things party.... Happy now to reflect over such a fantastic 12 months, all that we've seen, experienced, and laughed over. May the good times continue!

Warm weather predicted, today we headed for Falkirk and The Shire, for some hugely anticipated sightseeing. After a tea (has to be Australian) pitstop & tour of a man-sized renovation project, we were treated to The Pineapple (to be seen to be believed...), the highlights of Stenhouse Muir (again, to be seen....) and then on to the Falkirk Wheel - a truly magnificent engineering masterpiece. And we saw it in full glory, doing it's wheel thing! Impressive. What a treat.
This tour will be famous soon enough, and we've booked in for the Late Summer/Fall version already. Cheers, Noodles!
