Sun Catcher

It's now dark when I get up at 5:45 to walk the boys before work, so it's getting harder to motivate myself to get out of my warm bed, but I'm happy to report that I haven't given into temptation... well, not yet!

After our walk this morning, Paddington and I sat on the patio having coffee (okay, I had coffee, while he sat between my legs, looking out over the garden). Baloo was on patrol, giving the occasional bark to let us know that everything is in order.

We could see swallows circling in the sky above the house, gathering the last little bits of Summer, before leaving in a few weeks' time. Oh, how I dread the thought of Winter... Paddington is pictured here, soaking up the morning sun... I'm sure he feels the same:(

(Pity I got the shot so skew, but I only had a second or two before he jumped up to come and check what I was up to...)
