boating in canoes on the pond in the park

This monday was one of excercise. In the morning a long walk with the dog and we visited the childrens farm where we saw a black lamb between the white small goats. Lunchhour is swimtime and I made 1250 meters witch is an improvement of 25% ;-). In the afternoon another long walk. In the park where boys busy with canoes. All colourfull and they did well. Later on along the Rotte I saw again very close the grebes.
Now I will start cooking and make a tastful meal.
