Reading the signs

I think someone needs to tell this duck what it says on the sign... it went in, got hissed at and promptly left under the watchful eye of Mr Swan.

This is on the Cremyl Ferry slipway in Plymouth. There is a news article about them from 2006... I only saw them nesting there last year and my dad says they have nested at various places, unless of course it's a different pair...
