BMDOC2011

Here is me about 5s after I started from the 'Elite Start' at the british middle distance orienteering championships. I did quite well considering how unfit I am at the moment.

The weekend was the best in a long time, perfect(boiling) weather and great fun.

I havent blipped in ages, hoping to change that soon.
