Crisis

No I didn't have one today (thankfully!)

I was just really interested when my workmate told me today that the Chinese symbol for the word crisis contains two elements - danger and opportunity.

I really liked this. It reflects my outlook in life - I'm convinced there's ALWAYS a silver lining no matter how challenging things seem at the time.
