Which building is wearing falsies?

If you can't tell its the one in the middle.

I've blipped this building before here a couple of months ago, but it seems almost naked now. Ironically it really needed a wrap through the cold of the winter and not the unseasonably warm spring.

I love how they've recreated whats underneath the wraps, ready to reveal the sparkly clean version once the works are carried out.
