What a great day and I wouldn't usually say that about a trip to Dundee. I have nothing against the place you understand, it's just quite a long trek for me for work meetings and usually takes about 3 hours out of my day just for travelling. Often the travel is longer than the work requirement.

The image is of one of Dundee's wonderful high rise housing blocks and even that looks good to me today.

It was sunny and the traffic is light due to school holidays and lots of cars go missing from the roads when that happens.

No, the reason for my happier than usual demeanour is that my Lovely Daughter passed her driving test today at the first attempt. She is a good driver so we had every faith she would pass.

So, another celebration required....

and the diet was going so well...
