One from my 'Blip Bank'

Like many, I would imagine, there are some things that I see and file away as worthy of a Blip in my 'Blip Bank'

I pass this little memorial frequently in Inverness Rail Satation - it there to commemorate the station cats ......but hang on...is there something more sinister going on ??.........
