Heart felt hole punched

I had another blip, taken from the station, to be uploaded from the train along with musings on the wonders of modern technology, and how things had moved on since the hell of the overnight bus to London in my younger days. But in the event the broadband glitched and I didn't upload.

Sitting later in London, chatting with my friend, I spotted the heart hole punched in my ticket. Valentine's frenzy gone mad perhaps. But the ticket collector was memorably a grumpy sod, certainly not infusing his passengers with romantic Valentine passion.

Some things are still sacred then.
