Autumn Colours

Went to visit the Physio today, to much lifting furniture I think.
Rainie booked me in, she works there.
After inspecting my shoulder Rachel decided to put needles in it!! thought anyminute now Rainie will be coming through that curtain to blip me in my hour of horror!! actualy it didn't hurt surprisingly enough.

On my way home I drove through the park to find a blip, the Autumn colours are lovely.
I think I was halucinating at the time what do you think Rainie?!!!!!
