Recovery day

We had a nice lie in after a hard days work yesterday. Did a bit of revision shock horror to avoid the midday sun and went out about 3pm to say hello to Jenny in the shop, the beach and the mound, all very still and calm today. We then went for a curry on a boat, don't ask, it's Wales!
