Get down with the rats & the pigeons!

You get to know a city by walking down those roads that have no brightly lit shop fronts.

Walk those roads less travelled & discover a different city to the one you thought you lived in.

The stuff that gets thrown away by us is phenomenal. If you wanted a quick lesson in why fast food is bad not only for you but the environment just take a look around the back of KFC, McDonalds or Subway.

The fawning gaudy side of the high street has a dirty backside which is much more colourful & rewarding but in a totally different way to the shiny corporate logos and the robotic automaton that serve there.

Hence today's blip!

On another note Bradford council have allowed another licence for a betting shop (coming soon!) in Bradford.

This will nicely compliment the many other betting shops, amusement arcades, pawn brokers, cash for gold, pound shops & empty shops which litter the town centre!

Irony of ironies that in times of financial stress we gamble!

I wish the council & private landlords realised low rent is better than no rent!
