Loch Muick

Had planned to go round here with Joe and go up to the waterfall but as we were about to leave Matthew wanted to come too. Well we got there and thought it would be ok but it was a fair bit colder than expected so turmed back as Matthew couldn't cope. We will just have to save this for another day.

We went for a road trip instead taking in Ballater, Braemar, Linn O Dee and off towards Tomintoul but the road was blocked by the police and tv crews etc at the Lecht ski centre. Only found once i got home that there had been a double teenage shooting at a isolated farmhouse further up the road. We just turned round and headed for home.
