Tiling Intricacies

This is the main wall of the guest bathroom being tiled.

The shower is going on the right and the wall-hung basin and WC on the left.

We spent a huge amount of time considering and planning the layout of the 600 x 330 tiles and have had them laid portrait way up so that they enhance the tall floor to ceiling windows throughout the house.

We also designed it so that the edges of the shower niches and the mirrored alcove were formed by the dimensions of the tiles and that there would be no awkward grout lines.

Because of careful measuring and attention to detail, it is all coming together beautifully.
