Beats a fine

Coming out of Birmingham the other Tuesday night after a concert we got flashed twice .....`funny` I thought to myself `blippers are out late tonight around here`
Turned out it was a speed camera.....hoping Birmingham City Council where short of funds and wouldn`t have film in the camera we forgot about it till last week when he got notification through that he was doing 40 in a 30mph.
He decided to own up to it, filled in the form and sent it back and now will have to attend a four hour speed awareness course...at least he won`t have to pay a fine and get 3 points on his licence, he drives for a living, it`s just going to cost £80 to take the course.....he`ll know better next time
