OPENING NIGHT

Headed into Dublin city centre tonight for an opening show at The Hallward on Merrion Square. My good friend Pat Mac Allister (on the left) and fellow painter Hilary Elmes were having this joint exhibition. Pats work (behind him) is a series of oils depicting the wetlands of North Wicklow. He painted this work in all weathers, the show will run till March 11.
