Green fingers

Kerr and I have had a busy day today. We went to Gymboree this morning which was good fun but rather busy and chaotic with toddlers and mummies everywhere. I preferred when our class only had a few in it, it seems a bit too busy these days.

Home for lunch and a quick nap for Kerr before going to meet my friend Julie for a coffee. It was good to catch up and Kerr was very excited to have a drink of apple juice and a jaffa cake!

On the way home we stopped at the local swing park and ended up being there for about an hour. It was a bit of a struggle to get Kerr back in the car to leave, he was having too much fun. However, I managed to tempt him away with the promise of watering plants at Gran and Grandpa's house. They are away on holiday this week, and as usual I have been given the job of watering the (very tiny) tomato plants, eek. Last year I was a bit over enthusiastic and managed to drown them a bit, so it's a balancing act.

Kerr did a good job of almost drowning these pansies (?) by pouring about 5 cans full over them. He also managed to soak himself in the process, but had lots of fun so that's the main thing :-)
