Urban Sprawl

One of many machines contributing to the expansion of urban sprawl that is the Calgary Metropolitan Area.

Drove out to the storage lot on Monday to check on the trailer and retrieve an air compressor for inflating bicycle tires.

I find it amazing that a little over a years ago the storage lot was outside of the city of Airdrie, in a field.

Suddenly a subdivision has sprung up, complete with roads and now a few houses.
