You won't get far on this bike!

Having a wee break from themes today.

Today I'm feeling a bit like this bike: exhausted, deflated, down, not getting anywhere... I'm hoping to feel a bit better tomorrow. It's been my second long day in a row, so I suppose it's normal I feel like that. I've got an early start at work tomorrow, so I won't have time to comment on your blips this evening, but I'll try my best to catch up with them tomorrow.

So looking forward to the weekend for a chance to relax!

It just surprised me the way the wheels on this bike are bent. They look like belonging to a surreal Dali's picture! I wonder as well how it ended up this way. What really caused this damage? A mystery...

Which brings me to the subject for my next theme, which might be a bit surreal, or interesting maybe, I don't know.

Basically, what I'm gonna do is: I will take a picture of anything I want (that's the easy part), but that picture will have to be the setting for the beginning of a fictional story (which I will make up, of course). So, I'll post the picture and write the first lines of a story. In this way I will be brushing up a bit on my really rusty creative writing skills as well as practising my picture taking techniques.

Feel free to join me on this one at any point if you wish, even if it's just for a couple of blips (or feel free to suggest alternative story beginnings for my pictures if you want as well) - It would be interesting to see other story beginnings! As for myself, I'll do 12 entries as usual.
