C'mon everyone! I know you all long to burst into song ;) Ha! Bret Michaels came to play on campus. Honestly, I was born in the late 80s so I can't say that I was ever a big fan of the hair bands (except Bon Jovi! They will always be amazing.) I found it rather comical that this guy was coming to Maine of all places plus this kind of rock is a little cheesy to me. However, I had two student tickets that I needed to use and this was the last show to use them on. So, irony of ironies, I ended up going to see him play. It ended up being fun! He shamelessly advertised his new album and new show on Vh1 but he played the classic Poison hits and some of his new ones. Good night!
