Door Handle | Türklinke

Kamran and me went out in the afternoon for taking some pictures.

When we passed and old school, that is closed nowadays, I spotted that handle.

I didn't want to touch it because I was afraid of breaking it. So I just took this picture.
(Kamran wasn't that afraid ... and also didn't break it :-)

BTW: On 16th January 1945 Magdeburg was destroyed up to 90% by Allied firebombing - tens of thousands died on that day. The ongoing church bells of our minster just reminded me of that incident. Sadly enough this event is exploited by the nazis for their demonstrations every year.
