In Praise of Tomcats

To my mind, the cat is a great species. I like most cats and think they're beautiful and special among species. Special among cats are tomcats. I like Junnu as deeply as I'd
love a human son. I'm proud of him, I admire him and give him a lot of leeway when it comes to his habits and quirks. If ever you're going to adopt one cat only, take an (old) tom from the shelter. They're adaptable, lovable and expressive of their affections.
In comparison to toms, girl cats are picky primadonnas.
