Little Big Girl at the Dentist

Today was the day for LBG's dental checkup. They are very good with kids at this practice... to be expected I suppose as they are exclusively pediatric.

On arrival the kids get a menu on which they must circle the flavors the want for floss, polish and fluoride. Once on the chair they get to choose a pair of sunglasses to wear during their checkup. They also get to pick a hand mirror so they can watch whats going on if they want to. The hygenist and the dentist are great with the kids and keen to ask about brushing and eating habits to help you treat your little ones teeth better. They also note down what you have said you have been doing and what you say you are going to do. Next visit they then how ask how those are going. For example, if you say you think she is drinking a lot of OJ and its agreed she should try and cut down on this to help teeth, when you are there for the next checkup they asked how that went etc.
