Well back to taking pics from the garden as the back is still not right so therefore can't drive (due to car accident) :(......

i've not made that many posts on blip, but i have hung around a bit and looked at others' stuff. I guess people join it for different reasons. Mine was to force me to try and be creative and to try and take a half decent pic every day instead of a "snap".....evidently it seems i'm missing the point, as it's the norm to have a real good rant about life or whatever is bothering you....i've followed a guy i know personally on here, at the start he took some pretty decent pics, but now it seems like it's more about the "blog" side of things...ie having a rant about everything in life...people seem to find it amusing tho as he always seems to get lots of comment and views.

That's not me tho, i'd sooner rant about people taking crap, washed out pictures and then whacking up the saturation and chucking in a bit of hdr for good measure....i'm no expert and hdr certainly does have its place (look in the urbex forums for a start) but does grass really have to be THAT green when people use it in landscapes....everything in moderation i say ...and a few small subtle changes certainly goes a long way.
