This where it all happens, or doesn't as the case may be.

My studio is divided in to 3 sections, painting, drawing and clay/sculpture. This is the painting section, which I am not doing very much of at the moment.I am missing it. Other mediums are useful, like drawing which is quick almost immediate, sculpture is 3d inside/outside with a back and a front. But noting is like paint. The smell, the texture, how it feels on your hands, the layers, the transparency, the possibilities....
