fridge 16.04.11

productive day, full fridge and quite a few tasty things in there. Have marinated some chicken for most of the afternoon in onion, garlic, sherry, soy sauce, ginger and turmeric so have just popped that in the oven.

Going to serve it up with some stir-fried veg and try to avoid my beloved carbs, so will no doubt be starved by 9pm.

I reckon it's time for a glass of wine.
