Champagne Eyes, Saintlike Smile

This here is Mercy, looking like she doesn't have a care in the world. I can't help but respect her for that. She is a 5 year old orphan, and has had AIDS since birth, so the fact that she can have a smile on her face at all makes all of my "problems" (which are currently disappearing by the way) look completely innocuous.

We only spent just a few hours together at the Open Arms orphanage in Blantyre but we hit it off straight away, playing on the swings, the old trampoline someone had donated, playing with the tennis balls, and she taught me a few words in Chichewa - "Zala" is the word for hands.

I'll never forget her.

Also, I've decided all my photo titles are gonna be adapted from song lyrics. See if you can figure them out. No cheating now though...
