(LKG)ONDON MARATHON !

This is Major Al Jarvis crossing the finishing line after completing a marathon round the Lashkar Gah Base today. He did the 38 laps round the base in sweltering temperatures of 30+ degrees. It took him over six hours and did it in body armour weighing 13kgs! Most amazing of all, he was told he would never run again after a parachute accident several years ago, he now has metal rods and ten screws in his back!!
