One for all

Took a trip to London today for an implementation meeting. The 6.24am train was a killer.

This evening I went out with the team for drinks. Following the recent disappointing news that we did not win the contracts we had hoped to, we know the size of the company will reduce drastically. Cue consultation periods, assessment centres and redundancies. Sad times. Our team is not immune. We know we will lose people - we just don't know how many - yet.

I will miss this team.
