Offa's Orror

Today my boyfriend ran the Offa's Orror 20K Trail Race. Starting and finishing next to Tintern Abbey in the Wye Valley. the first 10K has two gruelling climbs and descents, the second 10K has a long flat run along the Wye riverbank in the absolutely (uncharacteristically) scorching heat with no shade. He was knackered at the end and said never again......until about an hour later!
