The Cauldron

This is the dam near to my house where I spend a lot of my time. I know it as 'the cauldron'. I don't know why but I've always called it that. Just beyond the dam you can see a mill-laid which leads to Coltbridge Mill, sadly now just a house. As I child I spent many a happy day frolicking over the dam to the other side (dangerous!?).

I took this shot while on an amble with Megan, it was lovely weather once again and a highly enjoyable afternoon.

In other news, school starts again tomorrow... joy of joys.
